Jersey Shore's Snooki Hit with Multimillion-Dollar Lawsuit

Snooki has been slapped with a lawsuit.
Licensing company SRG Ventures has filed a $7 million suit against the newly super skinny Jersey Shore star and her management company, the New York Post reports. The company was hired by Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi to launch Snooki-related merchandise last year.

But in October, the Post reports Polizzi filed suit to end the partnership, claiming that SRG didn't fulfill its end of the contract when it failed "to land her enough dough or branding partnerships." SRG's counterclaim is that Polizzi "sabotaged the deal by negotiating with brands behind SRG's back" and took too much time sealing up the deals SRG did bring her, including Snooki-branded school supplies, watches, shoes and lingerie.
A rep for Polizzi told the Post: "Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG's version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court."
