Jennifer Love Weighs In: Leave Jessica Simpson Alone

No stranger to public ridicule over her weight, Jennifer Love Hewitt has some advice for her fellow scrutinized star, Jessica Simpson.
"Ignore it, live your life and be happy," Hewitt tells Us Weekly, adding that she wished the media "would leave [Simpson] alone."
Hewitt, who lashed out at bloggers and critics after they mocked her bikini-clad body two years ago, says she is weary of the "unreasonable" standards for women's weight in Tinsletown. "We're all supposed to look how we're supposed to look. We're made to be different people," she says. "Not everybody can be super tall and super skinny. You have to look inside yourself and find your own confidence. It wavers from day to day, but that's human nature."
Simpson has yet to publicly respond to her haters, but has announced she will launch a clothing line that will "flatter every figure."
