Jennie Garth: "I'm Learning to Date Again"

Jennie Garth is ready to put the bad memories of 2012 behind her and look to the future.
"I'm learning to date again," the actress, who got divorced from Twilight star Peter Facinelli last year, tells Health magazine.
She's also committed to staying in shape physically and maintaining a positive outlook — two things she says go hand in hand. "There's no room for negative self talk. None. Just ban it from your vocabulary," Garth advises. "The driving force of why I work out is just to be stronger—physically and mentally."

And though Garth says her split from Facinelli after 11 years of marriage was nothing short of awful, the mother of three says it's also given her strength.
"When I'm in excruciating pain, like with what I've been through with my breakup and that grief and loss that's just immobilizing, it helps to remember that it only lasts for 13 to 15 minutes, max," she tells Health. "And then it's over. ... You might come back to it, but it helps to just know that that pain is not going to last forever."
