Although Dickinson tried to push through the pain, the pain was so bad it prevented her from sleeping and she went to UCLA's medical center early Friday. After her doctors ran a series of tests, she was diagnosed with a severe concussion.
Dickinson is recovering at home, but tells TMZ she feels "pretty horrible." In happier news, Dickinson got engaged to Dr. Robert ("Rocky") Gerner in December.
