Deadliest Catch star Jake Harris was arrested late Thursday in Seattle on suspicion of a DUI nine days after the death of his father, Captain Phil Harris, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Harris, 24, has been charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and a hit-and-run, according to Washington State Trooper Dan McDonald. Harris' father passed away Feb. 9 at age of 53 after suffering a stroke.

Police stopped Harris for driving erratically at approximately 9 p.m. He refused to take a Breathalyzer test and was being held on $2,000 bail late Friday.
