Jaime Ray Newman Returning to CSI: NY as Mac's Wife

After waiting eight seasons to meet Mrs. Mac Taylor, CSI: NY fans will see her twice in one year. Jaime Ray Newman will reprise her role as Claire, the late wife of Mac (Gary Sinise), in the Season 8 finale, TVLine reports.
Newman first appeared in the season premiere, which flashed back to Claire's death in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Claire's reappearance comes just as Mac is embarking on a new relationship with Christine (Megan Dodds), who was introduced last week.
CSI: NY aired its winter finale on Friday and will return on March 30 with its remaining five episodes.
