Jaime Pressly is seeking a divorce after 15 months of marriage, People reports.
The 33-year-old actress filed for divorce from husband Simran Singh, citing irreconcilable differences. The papers, which were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, listed their date of separation as Dec. 27.
Jaime Pressly arrested on suspicion of DUI
Pressly, who starred in NBC's My Name is Earl, is seeking to deny spousal support to Singh, whom she married in 2009. Pressly has a 3-year-old son from a previous relationship.
Earlier this month, Pressly was arrested on suspicion of DUI. She was later released after posting $15,000 bail.
Reps for Pressly declined to comment.
