Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri have reportedly split after seven years together, according to Us Weekly.
"His friends are telling people it's over," a source tells the magazine.

Dupri, who did not attend Michael Jackson's memorial last week, produced songs on Jackson's last two albums, which may have been a factor in the break-up, according to the source. "You shouldn't mix business with pleasure," the friend says. "Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate."
Jackson, who's keeping busy looking after Michael's children, an insider says, was previously (and secretly) married to Rene Elizondo. They divorced in 2000.
