Mary McCormack and Sarah Shahi

The final season of In Plain Sight will premiere in March, USA announced Wednesday.

The Mary McCormack-led series will kick off its fifth and final season on Friday, March 16 at 10/9c. In Plain Sight will follow Fairly Legal, which debuts its second season at 9/8c that same night.

USA's In Plain Sight to end next year after five seasons

After first renewing In Plain Sight for two more seasons in July 2010, USA announced last May that the fifth season would be the series' last. After giving birth at the end of last season, Federal Witness Security Program agent Mary (McCormack) will face the decision of raising the child on her own or putting the newborn up for adoption. The final eight episodes will also explore whether Marshall (Frederick Weller) will ever reveal his true feelings to Mary. (After five seasons, we sure hope so!)

Fairly Legal renewed for Season 2 — creative changes ahead

Starring Sarah Shahi, Fairly Legal premiered last January and will welcome new series regular Ryan Johnson to the cast this year. Johnson will play a new foil — and possibly a new love interest — for Kate (Shahi) after he joins her legal firm.
