Boardwalk Empire's Paz de le Huerta has been charged with assault for allegedly attacking a woman in New York City last month, TMZ reports.
De la Huerta, 26, appeared in Manhattan criminal court on Tuesday. She was charged with 5 misdemeanors, including two counts of third degree assault, fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault and harassment.

Huerta was arrested on March 22 after she allegedly hurled a glass at The City's Samantha Swetra. The reality TV actress reportedly suffered an injury when a piece of glass lodged in her leg.
The judge also granted a temporary restraining order against de la Huerta, which prohibits the actress from contacting Swetra.
De la Huerta is due back in court on May 19.
