Lost Alum Zuleikha Robinson Heads to Homeland

Homeland is gearing up for an action-packed second season.

Lost alum Zuleikha Robinson has joined the cast of the Golden Globe-winning Showtime series, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Deadline.com first reported the news.

The 34-year-old actress, who played Ilana on the ABC island series, will portray Roya Hammad, a Middle Eastern journalist with a connection to Abu Nazir (Navid Negahban) who delivers an ultimatum to Brody (Damian Lewis). Robinson joins the previously cast Tim Guinee, whose role on the series is being kept under wraps.

Homeland returns for a second season on Sunday, Sept. 30 on Showtime.
