When President Obama addressed Myanmar earlier this week to extend the United States' hand of friendship to the longtime military-ruled state, there was one person who might not have been tuning in. Hillary Clinton, Obama's Secretary of State, appears to have fallen asleep during his speech. Judge for yourself:
It seems to be history repeating itself, as her husband, former President Bill Clinton, took an impromptu nap during a Martin Luther King speech in 2008.
