Lost's Henry Ian Cusick Settles Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Lost star Henry Ian Cusick has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with a former female production member, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Seeking unspecified damages, Chelsea Stone sued Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on the show, ABC and production company Grass Skirt Entertainment in April, claiming the actor fondled her buttocks and breasts and kissed her on the lips on set in 2007.
In the filing, Stone said she complained to her supervisor and was fired 12 days later.

All four parties reached a confidential settlement on Oct. 5, a rep for the Los Angeles Superior Court said.
Cusick's rep had no comment. Calls to ABC and Grass Skirt were not immediately returned.
