Former Dancing with the Stars and Indianapolis 500 champ Helio Castroneves is racing toward a new adventure: fatherhood.

Castroneves and his girlfriend, Adriana Henao, are expecting a baby girl, the first child for the couple, according to People. Castroneves said the news is the exclamation point on his roller coaster year: He was acquitted of tax evasion charges in April and won his third Indy 500 in May.
"This year started very difficult," he said. "The middle was kind of a 'Wow!' and now this. This is a great ending for the book."
The couple will name their baby girl Mikaella, after deciding their original choice, Indy, was "a little too much."
