Heidi Klum Gets Seriously Funny

Heidi Klum trades temperamental designers for temperamental kids as the host of the new out-of-the-mouths-of-babes series Seriously Funny Kids (premiering tonight at 9/8c on Lifetime). "People who say 'Don't work with animals or kids' are absolutely right!" Klum jokes. "It is definitely harder than I expected." Bill Cosby would likely agree. He hosted a similar series, Kids Say the Darndest Things, from 1998 to 2000. But while the shows have some things in common (like exec producer Eric Schotz), the insights of the children have certainly changed. "Kids are so much savvier today," she says. "They have iPads! You can't compare them to 10 years ago."
She does, however, compare them to her own children, recalling her daughter Leni's recent unfiltered response when her mom asked her to take a potty break last summer. "She said, 'I can just pee in the pool.' They're just so honest."
Still, there are moments when the children aren't as forthcoming. Like when the supermodel had something, er, on her face. "I had boogers coming out of my nose, and they didn't want to tell me," Klum says. "So I leave the room and we filmed what they said when I was gone." Our guess? Ewww!
