Hawaii Five-0 has added another woman's touch to its upcoming season.
Happy Town actress Lauren German will play a former Homeland Security officer who joins the elite task force in Season 2 as a series regular, TVGuide.com has confirmed. TVLine first reported the news.

The new governor (Richard T. Jones) specifically chooses German's character to join McGarrett's team to keep them on the straight and narrow. We expect much verbal sparring since she's also a potential love interest for McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin).
Fans of Larisa Oleynik will also be happy to learn that the former Secret World of Alex Mack star will be returning in a recurring role in the show's sophomore season. She'll reprise her role as Jenna Kaye, the ex-CIA analyst who was instrumental in tracking down the villainous Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) last season.
The show has added many men to the cast recently, including Jones, Masi Oka (upped to series regular status), Lost's Terry O'Quinn and Tom Sizemore.
