The Walking Dead's Jon Bernthal is in talks to appear in an episode of NBC's Harry's Law, TVLine.com reports.
Bernthal would play an irate father who takes a courtroom hostage after the person accused of raping and murdering his daughter is found not guilty. His episode would air during May sweeps.

The news comes less than two weeks after Bernthal's Walking Dead character, the increasingly hot-headed Shane, was killed by best friend Rick — and then shot in the head by Carl once Shane turned into a zombie. Bernthal is set to star in Frank Darabont's L.A. Noir pilot for TNT.
Reps for the series did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
