Harry Potter's Rupert Grint: Kissing Emma Watson Was "Quite a Hard Thing to Do"

Emma Watson and Rupert Grint

Emma Watson has had her pick of the Harry Potter boys, having smooched both Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint for the films.

But for Grint, shooting the much-anticipated lip-lock between Ron and Hermione in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 was a definite challenge. "It was quite a hard thing to do really," Grint tells TV Guide Network. "That sounds ridiculous, 'cause obviously Em is lovely and lots of guys are probably really jealous of me.  I think it was just out of kind of the adrenaline of the situation."

Watson, who still hasn't kissed her first crush, co-star Tom Felton,  wanted to make sure it was a good kiss for the fans who have invested in the characters through every chapter of the series. "I think it was more like a pressurized moment for us," she says. "I mean, this kiss has been anticipated for eight movies and we really felt that and we wanted it to be good. And it was mainly weird. But we did a good job.  It's over."
