Halle Berry was hospitalized Tuesday night after an accident on the set of her latest film, TMZ reports.
Around 10 pm, the actress reportedly fell and hit her head on concrete while shooting a fight scene for The Hive.

Berry was then rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Berry's rep tells TMZ that Berry "was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."
The Hive, a thriller slated for a 2013 release, stars Berry as an emergency call center operator who receives a call from a young girl (Abigail Breslin) who has been abducted and is in the trunk of a car.
