Guy Ritchie is a dad again.
The director and his girlfriend, model Jacqui Ainsley, welcomed a baby boy in London on Monday via emergency C-section, according to the U.K.'s The Mirror and The Sun.
This is the first child for the couple and the third for Ritchie. He has two sons, Rocco, 11, and David, 5, with ex-wife Madonna.

According to The Mirror, Ritchie, who turns 43 on Saturday, called Madonna following the birth and the singer sent over a bouquet of flowers.
Ritchie and Ainsley, 29, have been dating for a year.
An e-mail to Ritchie's rep was not immediately returned.
