Sabara and Necessary Roughness' Hannah Marks will play Hanson and Gracie, homeless teens trying to survive in the streets of Portland who suddenly get entangled into the creature world's black market of human organ dealing. Suffice it to say, this isn't your parents' version of Hansel and Gretel.
