The central case this season revolves around a wrongful death lawsuit filed against a military contractor. John Goodman will play the corrupt CEO of the company.
Judd Hirsch joins Damages
Dunne will play a foreign correspondent who's interested in writing a story about the company.
Other Season 4 guest stars include Judd Hirsch, Bailey Chase and Chris Messina.
Damages previously aired on FX but will be switching to DirecTV for its fourth season, premiering this summer.
