Grey's Anatomy has cast Sarah Paulson (Cupid) and J. August Richards of Angel fame to appear in the Feb. 18 episode "Time Warp," TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Paulson and Richards will play the younger versions of Dr. Ellis Grey and Dr. Richard Webber, respectively, when the two first began their affair in 1982. The episode takes place during a hospital symposium from which many flashbacks arise.

Richard (James Pickens Jr.) looks back at his younger days as well as his extramarital affair. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) reflects on one of her first days and her insufferable boss, played by Missi Pyle. Viewers will also get to see Callie (Sara Ramirez) a few weeks before she was introduced on the show.
