Grey's Kim Raver Takes Permanent Residence at Seattle Grace

Two months after joining the Grey's Anatomy cast, Kim Raver has landed a full-time gig at Seattle Grace.

The Lipstick Jungle star has been upped to a cast regular and is expected to appear in all but one of the ABC medical drama's remaining episodes this season, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Raver, 40, first appeared in the ninth episode of Grey's during its current sixth season. She plays Teddy Altman, a surgeon brought aboard by former Army colleague Owen (Kevin McKidd) — with whom she soon fell into a love triangle including Christina (Sandra Oh).
Two other recent regular additions include McKidd and Jessica Capshaw who started out as recurring guest stars.
