Glee Video: Watch New Directions Bust Out Their Best MJ Moves in "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin"

Glee

Michael Jackson is the latest musical icon getting the star treatment on Glee, and from the looks of things, the New Directions kids have been doing their homework when it comes to the songs, the moves and — just as important — the outfits Jackson made famous.

In this video from the King of Pop's tribute episode, airing Tuesday at 8/7c on Fox, the group performs his 1983 hit "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin.'" Blaine (Darren Criss) takes the lead, dancing on his tip toes (and imitating that notorious pelvis thrust) while sporting Jackson's signature combo of cropped black pants with white socks and dark loafers. Other iconic looks include the red leather jacket and pants from "Thriller" (Artie), "Smooth Criminal's" white suit and fedora (Tina) and the "Bad" black leather ensemble (Brittany).

And while we're none too pleased with Kurt's choice in furry headgear (how many animals had to die to keep his head warm?), seeing Mike Chang rock the red leather jacket from "Beat It" almost makes up for it.
