Hilary Duff, who last spring took a pass on playing 90210's Annie, truly is embracing the TV actress inside of her these days.
Just weeks after being announced as the lead in Barely Legal, a new NBC comedy about the world's youngest lawyer, Duff has signed on to guest star on an upcoming episode of Ghost Whisperer.
According to a rep for CBS' hit Friday-night drama, Duff will play a mysterious woman who may (or may not) have been involved in the death of a young man.
But hey, if she did commit a crime, just think — she can defend herself once Barely Legal hits the airwaves!
Duff's casting was first reported by the Oz of EW.
