The new teaser for Game of Thrones sets the theme of brotherly conflict in Season 2.

Although short, the trailer depicts Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Robb Stark (Richard Madden), Tyrion (Peter Dinklage), Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright) who are all featured in the next season based on George R. R. Martin's second book in his A Song of Fire and Ice series.
Game of Thrones premieres in April, 2012 on HBO.
