Treme and Nashville star Michiel Huisman is trading in New Orleans and the Music City for Westeros. The actor has joined Game of Thrones' fourth season, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Details about who he'll play are scarce, but sources tell THR that Huisman will replace Ed Skrein as Daario Naharis, a Tyroshi warrior who serves as a love interest for Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke). Reps for HBO would not confirm the re-casting.

Word of Huisman's casting first surfaced on Instagram, where his trainer posted a photo of the actor getting fit for the HBO drama. (The post has since been deleted.)
Whoever Huisman is playing, he's joining many other new faces in The Seven Kingdoms this season. Roger Ashton-Griffiths, who will play Mace Tyrell; Pedro Pascal, who will play the Red Viper; Indira Varma, who will play Ellaria Sand; Joseph Gatt, who is rumored to play Styr, the Magnar of Thenn; and Mark Gatiss, whose role is being kept a secret, will also join the cast.
Do you think Huisman would make a better Daario than Skrein?
