In the interview she discusses having a sex scene in the upcoming miniseries, The Pacific, which is not something she typically does on Fringe. "I don't think anyone finds them easy," Torv, 31, said about filming sex scenes. "It's not that I'm embarrassed about my boobs. It's just that some part of you really doesn't want that out there. At the same time, you want to get good at it. In the moment, what you're really thinking is: Sh--, I need a mint."
Married to former Fringe co-star Mark Valley (Human Target), Torv doesn't like to go out to places where she might get hit on, "But if I'm out, I usually sit at the bar," she said.

Torv's character on Fringe is quite the brave, albeit naïve, go-getter, but Torv doesn't think she's found her footing just yet. "I don't feel like I've hit my stride. So I wonder what the moment will be when I get to be who I want to be."
