Fringe: New FBI Agent Once Cracked Cases on Deal or No Deal

Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle, who once appeared as a "briefcase opener" on Deal or No Deal, has been cast as an FBI agent on Fringe, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Stifle your snickering about her spokesmodel past. Markle has also logged screen time as a guest on 90210, Without a Trace, Knight Rider and 'Til Death. Fox describes Markle's recurring character as "an attractive, brash and quick-witted junior agent," which means she will surely rankle Olivia, amuse Walter and titillate Peter. Perfect!

Markle was one of the banker's beauties on the NBC cash-stravaganza for four episodes in 2007. Fringe's second season premieres Sept. 17 in its new Thursday-at-9 timeslot.
