Fox Picks Up Howie Mandel's Mobbed to Series

Following the successful debut of Mobbed, the surprise flash mob special hosted by Howie Mandel, Fox has ordered it to series for eight episodes, Deadline.com reports.
Based on a format from the Deal or No Deal host, Darryl Trell and Howard Kitrosser, Mobbed adds a hidden-camera element to the ever-popular flash mobs springing up around the world and on television shows, including Glee and Modern Family.

The special, which debuted after American Idol on Thursday, drew 10.8 million viewers.
