30 Rock's Guest-Star Wishlist: Streep, McCartney and Pattinson

Meryl Streep, Paul McCartney and Robert Pattinson are next on Tina Fey's 30 Rock guest-star wishlist.
"I think our new dream guest star is Meryl Streep," Tina Fey said backstage at the Emmys, immediately following the show's win for Outstanding Comedy Series. "I think she would be a great love interest for Alec, but I guess they already did a movie like that, so I don't know if she'll do it. I would like her to be Alec's love interest, or Grizz's love interest to change it up."

Beatle Paul McCartney is on Alec Baldwin's list. "We want McCartney; I want McCartney to come on. We're working on it," he said, after his win for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Twilight dreamboat Robert Pattinson would be another "get," he said. "I'm sure that [Pattinson] has no shortage of shows that want him to come on, like Desperate Housewives, shows like that. I mean, those women would sure like to get their hands on [him]."
At last year's Emmys, Fey spoke similarly about wanting Oprah Winfrey to appear on 30 Rock, and it apparently worked. The talk show queen appeared in a November sweeps episode in which an overmedicated Liz believes she's sitting next to her on a plane.
