The Beardpocalypse is over.
Making good on his nearly monthlong threat of shaving Conan O'Brien's beard, Will Ferrell dropped by Conan Monday and finally took his clippers (aka Excalibeard) to Coco's face.
"Do you have expertise in this?" O'Brien asked.

"I've only shaved dogs before," Ferrell replied, as he went to work in between very liberal swigs of Barbicide.
As such, it wasn't the most professional job in the world and a barber finished off the whiskers off-camera. Examining O'Brien's clean-shaven face — which hasn't been seen since he left The Tonight Show last year — Ferrell could only be contrite.
"I made a terrible mistake."
