Fergie has been tapped to host the Hollywood part of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest, for her second straight year.

The Black Eyed Peas singer will host the event from Los Angeles with performers including Drake, Jennifer Hudson, Ne-Yo, Avril Lavigne and Train.
ABC will present more than 3½ hours of performances from New York and Los Angeles to ring in the new year.
Willow Smith to perform live on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve
Willow Smith, Jason Derulo, La Roux, Mike Posner, Natasha Bedingfield and Far East Movement will also take part in the Los Angeles segments. Clark, 81, will be watching the ball drop from inside ABC studios, while Ryan Seacrest and new co-host Jenny McCarthy will be live in Times Square.
