Redmond O'Neal, Farrah Fawcett's son, will be allowed to attend her funeral Tuesday.

O'Neal, who is currently serving a sentence for violating his probation on drug charges, will be released from Pitchess Detention Center to attend the invitation-only funeral, O'Neal's attorney told People. The ceremony will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels in Los Angeles at 4 pm/PT.

O'Neal is currently enrolled in a yearlong inmate rehab treatment program at the Pitchess facility. He was previously released in April to visit his ailing mother.
