So this is what happens when seven celebrities band together to open a restaurant. On the new VH1 series Famous Food, former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub, Ashley Dupré (aka Eliot Spitzer's ex-call girl), The Sopranos' Vincent Pastore, Three 6 Mafia, Montag (The Hills) and former Bachelor Pavelka must launch an eatery from scratch in just 28 days.

In order to win the competition, they'll have to collaborate on everything from menus to seating, but also find a way to stand out. There are several culinary catastrophes along the way, including a failed fire inspection, broken refrigerators and a drained budget. Of course, the contestants themselves will also be serving up plenty of food fights, including what appears to be a crow bar duel and a table flip that would put Staub's former Housewives co-stars to shame.
