Good Vibes

The O.C.'s Adam Brody is returning to series television as a beach blonde wannabe in MTV's upcoming comedy Good Vibes. (OK, so his character is also animated.)

From filmmaker David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express), Good Vibes tells the coming-of-age tale of best buds Mondo (Book of Mormon's Josh Gad) and Woodie (Brody), two awkward dudes adapting to life in a California beach community by attempting to surf, party and chase girls.

In this exclusive sneak peek, Mondo makes sure Woodie's cool enough to hang. ("Pizza or burgers?" "Burritos." "The Hills or The City?" "Neither! I don't have a vagina.") Then, Woodie introduces Mondo to the boardwalk, where they ogle many a bouncy chest.

Also providing voices for Good Vibes are Debi Mazar, Alan Tudyk, Danny McBride, Olivia Thirlby, Jake Busey, and Tony Hale.

Good Vibes premieres Thursday, Oct. 27 at 10:30/9:30c on MTV, following the return of Beavis and Butt-Head.
