Kirstie Alley's new TV Land sitcom is attracting even more star power. Kristin Chenoweth, Kristen Johnston and Cloris Leachman will guest-star on Kirstie, TVGuide.com has learned.
On the show, which was initially titled Giant Baby, Alley plays Broadway star Madison Banks, whose life turns upside down when the son she gave up at birth (Eric Petersen) shows up and wants to reconnect.
Seinfeld's Jason Alexander, Michael Richards to reunite on Kirstie
Leachman (Raising Hope) will play Shirley Kluszewski, Madison's outspoken, hard-living, show business-hating mother who is estranged from her daughter.
Chenoweth (Pushing Daisies, The Good Wife) will play Britney Gold, Maddie's conniving and ambitious snake of an understudy who will do anything — or anyone — to get onstage. And since the unsinkable Maddie never misses a performance, she'll leap at Maddie's offer to finally let her go on in exchange for an unseemly favor.

Johnston (The Exes) will play the other Madison Banks, a one-time aspiring actress who is now a broken-down waitress in a dive coffee shop. This Maddie believes that Alley's Madison stole a career-making part from her, sending her life on a downward spiral.
As previously announced, the series will also hold a Seinfeld reunion, as Jason Alexander will guest-star alongside Michael Richards, who plays Maddie's driver on the series.
Kirstie will premiere later this year on TV Land.
