But the Good Wife star has another shot this year, while defending champ Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer) doesn't. Instead, Margulies will have to take down Kathy Bates (Harry's Law), Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights), Mireille Enos (The Killing), former winner Mariska Hargitay (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit) and Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men).
