But he'll have to take down two of his past conquerors — two-time winner Alec Baldwin (30 Rock) and defending champ Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory) — along with Louis C.K. (Louie), Johnny Galecki (The Big Bang Theory) and Matt LeBlanc (Episodes).
