Emmanuelle Chriqui has joined Showtime's upcoming series, The Borgias, the network announced Wednesday.

Jeremy Irons will headline Tudors replacement series

The period drama stars Jeremy Irons as Rodrigo Borgia, the patriarch of a corrupt, Renaissance-era Italian noble family who becomes Pope Alexander. Chriqui, best known as E's fiancée, Sloan, on Entourage, will appear in three episodes as Sancia, a seductive Neapolitan princess who weds the Pope's youngest son, Joffre (Aidan Alexander), even though she's after another Borgia brother.

The series also stars Francois Arnaud, David Oakes, Holliday Grainger and Joanne Whalley.

Developed to replace the departing Tudors, The Borgias is scheduled to premiere in the spring.
