Elizabeth Edwards cut her estranged husband, John Edwards, out of her will, leaving all her possessions to her three children, ABC News reports.

Elizabeth Edwards dies at 61 from cancer

"All of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles owned by me at the time of my death I give and bequeath to my children who shall be living at the time of my death," Edwards wrote.

In the will, signed Dec. 1 — six days before her death from breast cancer — Edwards appointed her eldest daughter, Cate, 28, executor of her will. Cate will also serve as guardian for her siblings, Emma Claire, 12, and Jack, 10, should anything happen to John Edwards.

John and Elizabeth Edwards separated in 2010 after the former North Carolina senator and presidential hopeful admitted to fathering a child with his mistress, Rielle Hunter.

The will makes no mention of him.

John Edwards was by his wife's side during her final days. He attended her funeral, but did not speak.
