Exclusive First Look: Eliza Dushku Gets a Tight Grip on The League

When Eliza Dushku guest-stars on The League, don't be surprised if there is some tension in the air. It's not personal, it's just sports.
"She's a big Boston girl so she loves the Pats, the Celtics, and the Red Sox. I, on the other hand, am a big New York fan so I love the Giants, the Yankees and the Knicks," Stephen Rannazzisi tells TVGuide.com. "So there was a lot of angry sexual tension between the two of us."
In Dushku's episode, airing next Thursday at 10:30/9:30c on FX, the Buffy alum plays Kevin's new Krav Maga instructor after his wife encourages him to work out more. As seen in this exclusive first look, his new teacher is very hands-on, much to the disbelief of Kevin's wife and all of his friends. "Nobody can imagine that a woman that hot would be attracted to a guy like Kevin," Rannazzisi says.
Although Rannazzisi didn't get to meet Dushku until the day of shooting, he admits the fact that the two didn't know each other already made their close scenes together less uncomfortable. "I went as far as she was willing to go and she was so funny and really open to trying almost anything," he says. "The further she goes, the more awkward it is for me and that's where the comedy lies."
"Those are the days when you should go into work for free," he adds.
