Electus founder and CEO Ben Silverman and his girlfriend Jennifer Cuoco are engaged, the New York Post reports.

The lovebirds celebrated Saturday night with close friends including Ryan Seacrest and actor Jason Bateman, according to the paper.
Silverman, who was head of NBC programming when CEO Jeff Zucker decided to move Jay Leno to 10 p.m. and Conan O'Brien onto The Tonight Show, left his position after two-plus years to form the production house Electus with Barry Diller.
Cuoco is a commercial real-estate agent.
