VIDEO: Edward Reid Wows Britain's Got Talent Judges with Nursery Rhymes

Edward Reid

Does Britain's Got Talent have a male Susan Boyle on its hands?

Over the weekend, the talent show, which launched Boyle to superstardom two years ago, introduced us to Edward Reid, a 35-year-old drama teacher who wowed the judges and earned a standing ovation with his creative medley of nursery rhymes. Reid gave "Old McDonald Had a Farm," "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," "Humpty Dumpty" and "If You're Happy and You Know It Clap Your Hands" a modern take by performing them to the tune of Snow Patrol's "Run."

"Wow, really creative and very funny, thank God for you," judge David Hasselhoff said. "'Jack and Jill' will never be the same."

All three judges voted Reid through to the next round. Will he make it all the way to the finals like Boyle?
