Reality star Kim Kardashian goes scripted this summer with a three-episode arc on Lifetime's Drop Dead Diva, beginning with the June 3 season premiere.
She plays Nikki LePree, a juice-bar hostess-turned-relationship expert who gives some very bad advice to a lovesick Stacy (April Bowlby). But the ladies' relationship survives: They join up to run a "pakery" — think pie crossed with cake — business.
Anyone expecting Kardashian to act like a diva was drop dead wrong. "She was great," says Bowlby. "She's so beautiful, very professional, knew her lines and was ready to play."
