Dr. Drew Pinsky
Dr. Drew Pinsky reveals that he underwent surgery to treat prostate cancer, People reports.
After returning from a trip to the Caribbean two years ago, Pinksy got a check-up after falling ill. Tests revealed that he had an elevated PSA, which could lead to trouble with his prostate. A biopsy showed that he, indeed, had prostate cancer.

"Lo and behold, I have cancer," the 55-year-old said. "I was doing Lifechangers and my HLN show was going. My wife and I had this great relationship, very active sexually. This could screw everything up. It was a terrible feeling."
Pinsky underwent surgery to remove his prostate last July. "I'm cancer free," he said. "The erectile function is normal, sex drive is normal, bladder works normally. And I don't have to worry about prostate cancer."
In addition to his own nightly HLN show, Dr. Drew on Call, Pinsky will appear on The Dr. Oz Show Wednesday to talk about his cancer diagnosis.
