Andrew Dice Clay is joining Entourage for its final season, in what looks to be a big part in Drama's next career move.

The comic, 53, will play a character in a cartoon show within the HBO series, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which first reported the casting. Season 7 saw Drama (Kevin Dillon) sign on to voice an angry monkey named Johnny in an animated TV pilot tentatively titled Johnny's Bananas. The project was created for Drama by Medellin director (and newly reformed family man) Billy Walsh.

Clay, who rose to fame in the 1980s with a notorious standup act, most recently appeared on Season 2 of Celebrity Apprentice.

Entourage returns for its eighth and final season on July 24, and there is speculation that a film would follow the series finale. Dillon, who has received three Emmy nominations for his performance as Drama, recently signed on to the CBS comedy pilot How to Be a Gentleman.
