Dexter's Michael C. Hall Being Treated For Cancer

Dexter star Michael C. Hall says he has been diagnosed with cancer and is "on the road to completing" successful treatment.

Hall, also known for his role in Six Feet Under, was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.

"I feel fortunate to have been diagnosed with an imminently treatable and curable condition," Hall said in a statement. "I thank my doctors and nurses for their expertise and care."

Dexter sibs tie the knot off-screen

The 38-year-old actor is planning to attend the Golden Globes ceremony Sunday and the Screen Actors Guild awards the following Saturday. He's nominated at both ceremonies.

He is also expected to film the movie East Fifth Bliss, and will return to production on the fifth season of Dexter later this year.
