Dennis Hopper's wife is seeking full custody of their daughter in their divorce, The Associated Press reports.

Hopper, who's battling prostate cancer, requested joint custody of 6-year-old Galen in his Jan. 14 petition that cited irreconcilable differences. Victoria Hopper lists the same reason for the split in her response filing on Monday, according to court documents, but wants full custody of Galen.
